Hot Import Nights is known for its loud music, scantily clad models, and some of the freshest whips around. This was my third year attending HIN Orlando and it didn’t disappoint! Every year since the show got its start, ten years ago (this year marked their 10th Anniversary), Hot Import Nights has found a way to exponentially build upon the year before it. It just keeps getting better…and bigger!
HIN is poised on the pulse of those involved in our scene, and by doing so; they’re able to cater to our every whim. Whether it’s today’s hottest cars, trucks or bikes, or if it’s exotics or something more old school, then they’ve got something for you in Orlando. Individual competitors and more teams then ever were in attendance, traveling from all over the US to compete against the locals.
Who wants to just stare at the same cars for seven hours you might ask? Luckily, the folks who put together this little shindig thought of this and were kind enough to oblige. Many various guest dj’s and other musical artists, b-boys, and gorgeous models graced the stages in Orlando. Between all the frenzy of activities that were on the night’s roster, you could still stop and recharge with some free samples of NOS Energy Drink and the convention center was even able to offer $8 dollar hotdogs and alcohol…..plus clean bathrooms just incase you really enjoyed your food and alcohol.
This year’s show proved that even Florida’s notorious tropical storms didn’t keep the patrons at home as the pouring rain outside couldn’t phase the thousands of visitors who flocked to the Orange County Convention Center to check out what the areas best tuners and shops have to show off. Hot Import Nights will struggle to one up themselves next year!
